We are proud to announce the dedication of our new Training Center at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin foundry, named in tribute to a man who poured his heart, soul, and vision into the company—Andreas Nowak, our former President and CEO. This isn’t just the opening of a facility; it’s a celebration of Andreas’ profound leadership and the lasting impact he made in shaping Chicago Faucets.
Andreas Nowak dedicated 19 years of service to both Geberit and Chicago Faucets, leaving a lasting impact through his visionary leadership. He began his distinguished career with Geberit in 2001 as Managing Director of the Austrian sales company and was appointed President and CEO of Chicago Faucets and Duffin Manufacturing Company in 2007, a role he held with distinction until October 2020.
"During his 13 years at Chicago Faucets, Andreas navigated numerous challenges, leading the company to substantial growth, reducing lead times, consolidating manufacturing facilities, and driving new product development," said Dominic Rice, President, and CEO. "Andreas was known for his unwavering dedication—often being the first to arrive and the last to leave—and for his genuine connection with every team member. His leadership and commitment have left an indelible mark on the company, and we are thrilled to honor him by naming this training facility after him."
The Andreas Nowak Training Center is designed to accommodate up to 50 participants, offering a comfortable environment for showcasing key Chicago Faucets products. Chicago Faucets team members, sales representatives, customers, and partners will gather here for various educational and training events. This dedication marks a significant milestone for Chicago Faucets as we continue to invest in the professional development of our employees and customers.
